|As a benefit to our management clientele, Westwood Management offers a 24 Hour Maintenance Emergency Hot Line. This service has been in existence for twenty years. After- hours, those in need simply dial the regular Westwood Management office line and are encouraged to call directly the “on duty” maintenance supervisor with West Main Construction, who is trained to assist with any maintenance need and dispatch technicians in the event of a true maintenance emergency. The “direct call” method was instituted, in lieu of an emergency pager or an after hours call center, to reduce the response time to the homeowner in need. We hope you never need this service, but just in case…we will be there for you.
Qualifying Maintenance Emergencies
Westwood Management offers a 24 hour maintenance emergency hotline for the convenience of our association members, owners and tenants.
Qualifying maintenance emergencies include, but are not limited to, roof leaks, broken water/sewer lines, storm damage, clogged plumbing lines, floods, security-related repairs (i.e. windows and doors), and HVAC repair. In case of fire, dial 911 immediately, and then contact Westwood Management.
